chks-hwcert

chks-hwcert is a plugin for checksysreport that try to detect if a given sosreport archive comes from a certified system:

There are omissions (certified systems that are certified but don’t appears as such), but there should be no false alarms. Several systems certified for i686 and x86_64 only appeared as certified on i386. As a rule of thumb, it should help finding HP and Dell certified system, but is not that trustworthy for other brands.

You can download a package, as well as the sources.
Once the package is installed, follow instructions in /usr/share/chks-hwcert/README.
Note that as the hwcert api may change in the future, this plugins may be broken at a certain point in time.
